The President of the Brazilian Naval Commission in Washington, headquartered at 5130 MacArthur Blvd, N.W., Washington, DC, 20016-3316, makes the Bid Process Nº 11/2026 public, in the Online Reverse Bid Auction modality, intended for contracting husbanding services and port facilities to meet the logistical requirements of the Midshipmen Training Ship “Brasil”, during the Midshipmen Training Cruise (VIGM), at the ports of Staten Island (New York/USA) and Veracruz (Mexico), under the jurisdiction of the Brazilian Naval Commission in Washington (BNCW), in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Notice and its Annexes.
