The Brazilian Naval Commission in Washington informs all interested parties the opening of the Bidding Process nº 04/2025. The purpose of this bidding process is hire a specialized company to provide land, sea, and air transportation services, including all necessary services, materials, labor, documentation, reports, notifications, warehousing space, and insurance coverage for the entirety of the cargo transported; encompassing pickup and both domestic (within Brazil and the United States) and international transportation of items procured by the Brazilian Naval Commission in Washington (CNBW), from its area of jurisdiction to the Brazilian Navy’s warehouse in Rio de Janeiro/RJ – Brazil, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and Contract, Annexes I and IV of this Solicitation, respectively.
