The Brazilian Naval Commission in Washington informs all interested parties the opening of the Bidding Process nº 03/2025. The purpose of this bidding process is to establish a Price Registration for the procurement of Marine Diesel Oil (MDO) to ensure appropriate logistical support for Brazilian Navy vessels operating under commission within the jurisdiction of the Brazilian Naval Commission in Washington (BNCW), in accordance with the conditions, quantities, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation and its annexes (Terms of Reference and Blanket Purchase Agreement - BPA).
