E-navigation Implementation
E-Navigation is not a type of equipment, but a “concept”, which includes a wide range of integrated and harmonized information systems and services, related to navigation security and port services, which meets the needs of well-known users and identified, unifying equipment, as well as assisting in the search and rescue and in emergency situations of marine pollution, allowing the improvement of Maritime Situational Awareness and decision making of commanders at sea and port authorities on land.
